We have passed the 1000 visitors mark !

6 October 2000:
We have received new high quality oak barrels from Hungary.
The wines are now in the barrels.

30 September 2000:
We have finished the harvest for this year.
We have now the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from Shilo, and more Merlot from Nahshon, in our winery.

9 September 2000:
After harvesting the Merlot grapes this week, we are getting ready for the Cabernet grapes harvest, 3 days from now, in Shilo.

3 September 2000:
The harvest is starting early tomorrow morning!

30 August 2000:
We are getting ready for the harvest in the next few days!

You can get our wines now also in Stanley's restaurant in Jerusalem, where they are served as the house wine.

30 July 2000:
We are now getting ready for the soon coming year 2000 grape harvesting, planned at the end of August.

This year we plan to increase the amount of wine produced.
We have made orders for purchasing new equipment and made reservations for more oak barrels.
In an effort to concentrate this year's grapes supply in our winery area, we have reached an agreement with Shilo vineyards to buy their grapes.
Shilo is a young vineyard, their grapes are organic too.
However due to the quality of last year wine we will continue to use grapes from Neot Smadar as well.
Wines we plan to manufacture this year include :
red wines: Cabernet Sauvignon , Cabernet Frank and Berlinka. white wines: Chardonnay.
